The location is convenient and close to everything.
I was shocked by the $60 parking fee after booking. The breakfast was disappointing and overpriced, with meager portions.

we had a great experience at Wyndham. the location was good, next to a huge hospital, so quite busy, but centrally located for sightseeing. the room was big, clean, and had everything we could want. the staff, especially Anna on reception, was very friendly, and our room was ready earlier than expected. the valet was also friendly and helpful. It was also noted that the mattresses had been updated, which was a positive.

Great location near Mass General Hospital and downtown. Reasonable price compared to other nearby hotels. Friendly staff and spacious, well-appointed rooms.
Felt exceptional, no complaint.

I chose the Wyndham for its proximity to the historic sites I wanted to visit, but the customer service agents went above and beyond to assist me. The on-site dining at Dean's List restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious small plates and a varied drink menu.
Bathroom door difficult to use.
